elcome to my new and improved, supercalafragalistic expialidosious web site! This site uses some light Javascript to perform some necessary, but harmless, functions. Please make sure you have it enabled or you'll miss out on some things. Be my friend on MySpace. See my performance schdeule below.

Check out my joke in the menu over there on the right side. Just in case you don't get it: while recording a session one day, we started the take and a few seconds into the tune a string breaks on one of the acoustic guitars. In the music biz, that's called a false start. We just went with it and, instead of just stopping, we ended up slowing down and putting a little ending on the take. Right after the string breaks you can hear Sarah express her dismay with an "ohhhhh...". This is how Bush makes me feel.

I am a multi-talented musician and composer with my main instrument being bass (mostly double bass). I've been involved with music and the arts most of my life and enjoy playing good music with good people! I just finished two recordings, one with Fröde Gjerstad, Sabir Mateen, Steve Swell and Dave Gould, and the other with Jeff Shurdut, Sabir Mateen, Jane Wang, Shana Dulberger and Dave Gould. There's also a trio project in the works and other things on the back burner. See my discography section for more info.
